Rajeev Ganguly’s journey in healthcare spans nearly three decades, shaped by one consistent belief — clinics grow best when business decisions respect clinical realities.
Beginning his career on the ground level of the fertility ecosystem, Rajeev worked closely with doctors, embryologists, hospital administrators, and industry partners across India. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience in sales, operations, service excellence, and strategic growth, particularly within reproductive medicine and women’s health.
What sets Rajeev apart is not just experience, but perspective. Having seen clinics succeed, struggle, and transform, he understands that no two practices are alike.
